Throughout my entire experience in visiting hotels in Marrakech, Morroco and even in other countries. I have never experienced such a terrible experience. The staff literally treated us so bad , tried to humilate us, gave us a terrible room? Ants, spots. At the end, like a common low class theives they overcharged us, under the table, 1000 dirham for each night they did the" upgrade". Originally I had a room for 250 a night but they put me in a room that has paint smell.

Stay away - this is a dangerous place

Do not even contemplate going anywhere near this so called Palace, let alone staying there. There is a staff member working here who is addicted to illegal substances stealing from guests, this female may harass you, talk to you in a very aggressive manner. This staff member is putting every single potential guest at huge risk. The nightguard follows and harasses female guests. The cuisine and the service in the restaurant is appalling. The suites are infested with cockroaches and insects. The gym as listed is a very small space with old rusty equipment and a few machines which don’t work and neither does the ac. The receptionists are taking up to 3 times the amount of money in cash for excursions - obviously they are keeping a large amount of commission for themselves - surely this is illegal ? If you wish to go shopping or to the soul they will take you to the most expensive shops so when you purchase they take commission. Their chauffeurs will also rob you. The only positive part is the housekeeping department, Bouchra and her team keep the suites spotless. To be avoided otherwise as this will ruin your trip to beautiful Marrakech. The location is not good either.
This is not a hotel, this is daylight robbery, putting any potential guest at risk.

If you dont have a car, dont stay here! its easily 20 mins to get anywhere and taxis are expensive even if you haggle. the rooms dont look exactly like pictures on Expedia but the property is beautiful and I am grateful they were able to help me alter my booking without any fuss.

3/5 our November experience

The hotel is about a 20–30 minute drive from the main marina. Taxis are easy to get through the hotel, but going into the centre daily would add up. The atmosphere was very dull during our stay — hardly anyone around — and staff were often missing. We had to ask reception several times just to get pool beds set up, and even then it took around 20 minutes.
On the plus side, reception and housekeeping were great, and the room itself was lovely. Housekeeping were especially accommodating if we had a lie-in. The friendly pets around the property also helped make the stay nicer.
Overall, I’d rate it 3/5.
