The pool can be heated at an extra charge and upon prior request of minimum 5 days in advance. Keeping in mind that this option must be for the length of your booking. Local authorities regulations concerning the stay of Moroccan citizens in touristic establishments should be respected. Payment before arrival either via PayPal, bank transfer, or western union is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests can access the entire Villa except the cleaning rooms. Please note that Upon arrival, guests will be asked to inspect the villa and sign a Property Inspection & Acceptance Form. Any remarks or concerns should be reported at check-in so they can be inspected and resolved promptly. Managed by a private host
For sharing rooms, if either or both of guests are Moroccans, they will be required to show a marriage certificate, otherwise the hotel reserves the right to reject for check-in.
