A wonderful stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Atlas Orient hotel, Everything was perfect: a warm and professional welcome, impeccable and tastefully decorated rooms, and impeccable service throughout our stay. The staff is very attentive and attentive to our needs, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention for breakfast, varied and delicious, as well as impeccable facilities (swimming pool, spa, etc.). We leave delighted and will definitely recommend this property to our loved ones. Thank you for the whole team

To flee a shame!!

So I don't know where to start so much there is to say... we talk about Check in at 3pm we give you the room at 5:30pm!!!! The toilet was not washed with toilet paper!!! We'll put a towel on you for two. Well the first time I thought it was an oversight but in fact it is the norm at home you have to ask for the second one at Welcoming!!!
Seals are black dirty walls and the receiver is not cleaned!!
In the bedroom there are dozens of mosquito spots on the walls and curtains. I’m not even talking about the condition of the windows!!!
Under the beds there is an army of dust and other detritus like cotton stalks!!!
For breakfast...avoid eating it...nothing is fresh, the juice is industrial while the area is known for its oranges!! Pastries are not of the day. The reference flat msemens of Morocco are not fresh they are several days old (well we put at your disposal a toaster!!) If you want an omelet you have to ask for it!!! Only tea is correct!!!
At the pool the cleaning is not done in the morning the deckchairs are dirty, the tables too.
I ordered a fruit cocktail (mixed). They give me a hot cocktail. I go back to the guy at the bar and tell him he’s hot. He doesn’t care he puts ice cubes in me and will mix it... result he gives me a cocktail with water!!! I go to the reception... the lady is embarrassed she apologizes and I ask her if in Oujda we drink hot cocktails when it is 45 degrees!! They reimbursed me for the cocktail. ( 5 euros anyway ) On the other hand the bar is well stocked alcohol level as what they have priorities!!!
I spent my time complaining but the Welcoming Ladies are overwhelmed by guests’ plants ... for a Hotel that calls itself 4 stars it is a shame ... it is a stay that cost us 420 euros!!!
I am surprised not all the glowing comments on Booking I think we don’t live
lin the same world ...so Hotel to flee and it’s a shame for this beautiful city of Noujda

“Disappointing Stay, Urgently in Need of Renovation and Better Service” “Good Location but Rooms, Hygiene and Service

Review Hotel Atlas Orient – Oujda (stay from 7 to 21 August 2023)
I come to this hotel almost every year, but unfortunately I have to say that it is in urgent need of a thorough renovation and better Service. During my two-week stay with my daughters (7 to 21 August) I was very disappointed.
Kamers: The beds are rock hard as bricks and the bedding is old and dirty. The bathroom is outdated; the shower head was broken and the sink clogged.
Hygiene: The cleaning clearly leaves something to be desired. I think the cleaners should try harder, because the doors and doorknobs were dirty, just like the mirrors. The curtains were dirty and musty, probably because of smoke. Unfortunately, the rooms are not non-smoking.
Service & staff: The ladies at reception may treat guests with more respect. Welcoming should be a priority in a hotel, but that feeling was lacking.
Noise pollution: Guests do not take into account people sleeping or children at all. There is a lot of noise, especially at night and early in the morning. Unfortunately, the hotel does nothing about this.
Breakfast: Breakfast was below level. The plates, cups and glasses were all different types and no neat sets. The coffee mugs even reeked of egg. This really needs more attention.
General impression: The hotel has potential and a good location, but the current condition of the rooms, the Breakfast, the Service and the hygiene is far below expectations. Without renovation and better organization I unfortunately cannot recommend it.

I've been coming to this hotel for the ten latest years as a sales rep, about twice every quarter, for three reasons I keep coming back: the rooms are some of the largest in Oujda, I always take the junior suite which is twice as big as the basic room. Since I started coming, I would have a problem every two or three stays. The breakfast is a catastrophe; I told the director numerous times, but he never listened. This stay, I took a junior suite, and there was nothing in the room: no glasses, no water bottle, no fruits, no soap, nor shampoo. It's usually the case when a lot of things are missing, but this time it was worse than usual. Still didn't talk about the number of pillows, which isn't up to standards....

Very good location
