Delicious food and the Twente atmosphere is palpable

A beautiful location with very friendly owners and they are very customer-oriented with excellent food, would love to come back. Highly recommended.
Good price-quality ratio. There is also a playground for children

Worthless and dirty.

The bed smelled awful. There was a lot of spider silk hanging from the ceiling. There were 0 facilities in the room, not even a cup in the bathroom. There was difficulty about ordering food, one was actually closed (?) that would eventually be possible at 4 pm, but when I came down it was still closed. These people obviously have no desire to run a hotel at all.

Restaurant is highly recommended.
Friendly manager.
The hotel room initially seemed clean, but turned out to be very unsanitary.
Dirty fabric chairs, dirty pillowcases and very noisy rooms.

Excellent overnight stop on my cycling tour of the Netherlands....

Great hosts greeted me upon arrival, secure storage for my cycle, excellent dinner and breakfast....definitely recommended....
Single room comfortable and quiet for an uninterrupted night's sleep after a long day cycling.
Nothing negative to report....

Good hotel on your way to Germany

We made reservations for one night on our way to Germany. We got an extra discount through their own website. While making the reservation you have an option to add dinner. We did that because we would be arriving late. It turned out that other guests arrived even later and could still order à la carte. So, they are really accommodating their guests!
The room was simple but clean. And dinner was better than we expected: a schnitzel with mushroom and cheese, served with fries and a salad. Dessert was panna cotta with cherries: a lot of calories but tasty.
Breakfast was rich, typically Dutch with a variety of breads and spreads.
This small hotel sits right on the border with Germany and is located in an area great for walking or biking. We'd love to come back; good value for money!
