Spanish Team. The best!!!

Finding a place to eat with quality at a reasonable price in Norway is complicated. In Lofoten more.
That the day aligns, the sun shines, and you can enjoy fantastic views from a great terrace is incredible!
But to be attended by a Spanish team that is professional, efficient, and friendly, making you feel at home even though you are almost 5000 km away, is nothing short of a miracle.

Perfect stay!!

I came alone to see the Lofoten with my motorcycle, and I found the best Hotel in Å.
Amazing hotel, very nice, clean and above all the friendliness of the receptionist.
I'll be back safe!

The best stay of my life

I just stayed at this hotel and the experience was just amazing. From the very beginning everything has been perfect: the impeccable facilities, the super welcoming atmosphere and you can see that they take care of every detail.
But what really makes a difference is the humane treatment. The reception girl is a real charm: friendly, close and always with a smile. It's nice to meet people like that, who make you feel at home from minute one.
Definitely a place I will return to and I totally recommend. Thanks for making the stay so special!

The wonderful receptionist

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this lovely hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel is incredibly charming and welcoming, and you feel welcome from the get-go. The receptionist was especially friendly and helpful, really made the stay even better. Everything worked without any problems and I couldn't be happier. I totally recommend this place and would love to come back

Nice place, awful staff.

A really poor experience at Å Rorbuer hotel in Å, Lofoten Islands, Norway. First the positives: lovely location and characterful accommodation. But the service! Rude, antagonisitic, spiteful and hugely off-putting: I had gone to the communal area for a meeting with a colleague, but had got drenched en route by the rain. So I picked up 2 paper napkins to wipe off my laptop. The girl behind the bar went for me - said I shouldn't use the napkins and should use toilet paper instead (!), that my group had stolen (!!) coffee from the communal table the previous day - she had previously said we should 'help ourselves' which sort of implies the coffee, filter style, was complementary. Then, when I remonstrated, she immediately upped the ante and said that we were barred from the restaurant (!!!) - that's a group of 6 that took their custom elsewhere. What's going on Classic Norway Hotels? You have a wonderful location that is being let down by the staff. It's such a shame! Poor stay, ruined by the staff. If you're visiting Lofoten, go elsewhere.
