The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size, I loved the decor throughout the hotel.
The location was a short walk from the centre and breakfast started early, it was basic but some good options to fill you up for the day.

The breakfast menu was very limited, the room was clean but no amenities, the safe didn't work, a light bulb didn't work, there was tape on the hairdryer, in the 7 nights i stayed there, i had 2 warm showers..not much around the area that i four, although it was convenient for the airport..the trips i organised picked up from there but dropped off around a 15 minute walk from the property...one really good thing was a laundry next-door

The hotel had Peruvian charm and decor. It is an older hotel that is well maintained. The staff was very helpful in getting me from and to the airport. The hotel is close to the train station and several restaurants in the area.

Communication was poor regarding the “shuttle”. It’s only free one way and must pre-arranged. The oxygen has a charge but this wasn’t explained the first time I used it. The “Do Not Disturb” sign was not honored and our things were gone through or moved in the room. Some of the staff were very helpful and others not so much. The rooms do not have blackout curtains and the street light/noise is bad.
