Pretty ordinary
I don't really understand all the glowing reviews of this place because it's kind of ordinary. While it's centrally located and within walking distance of everything, the reception desk was manned by a bunch of uninspiring people, who seemed to be doing the bare minimum. My room was never cleaned in the 48 hours I was there, despite being told by reception it had been. It seems to be next to a nightclub so if you're on a higher floor or exposed to the street, I'm not sure how you'd ever sleep. I asked for quiet room which was on the ground floor, but I could clearly hear what was going on above me, from all the stomping on the floor. Breakfast was ok, but limited food for dietary restrictions. Overall, I'd look elsewhere if I was you.

A room that wasn't cleaned despite a guest being told it had been is simply unacceptable, and I've already raised this with the housekeeping and front desk teams at Cusco Centro. The noise situation between floors and from the street is a real challenge in this building, and we should have been more proactive in offering you better options when you requested a quiet room, I apologize we fell short there.

Hotel is beautifully maintained, nice staff and a good breakfast. A couple of blocks from the main plaza where everything takes place.

Very good and enriching
Very interesting hotel, central, unpretentious, good breakfast, and above all, the friendly and professional treatment of the staff, especially Carmen and Patrycya, who helped me during my stay to resolve the doubts and problems that arose in Cusco.
