New Dawn Hotel Review
My stay at the New Dawn Hotel was a wonderful experience and a great introduction to hospitality in the Philippines. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable, which made my stay very pleasant.
I reserved a room with a beautiful city view that was both relaxing and refreshing. Each morning, the sunlight filled the room and greeted the day in a peaceful way, making every morning especially enjoyable.
The weather during my stay was excellent, which made the experience even better. I also truly enjoyed the food and beverages served at the hotel. One of my favorites was the hot chocolate, which was made from real cacao and tasted authentic and delicious. If I could have brought some home with me, I definitely would have.
Overall, the New Dawn Hotel provided a memorable stay filled with comfort, relaxation, and genuine hospitality. It is an experience I will always remember.

Cold water. They dry the towels outdoors on the roof so if you have sensitive skin you will itch. Had to switch rooms due to a leaky toilet. Fire alarm went off at 01:35AM. When I was in the new room the housekeepers opened the door without knocking and came in to change the pillowcase, which I had already been laying on. 1/5 stars. Kind staff, friendly and helpful. But rooms need work. Cool restaurant on the roof I guess. Better going to high ridge. August cafe, or Amaya for the views.

Breakfast was a disappointment.
Selection of food was poor and the quality was so and so....
The bathroom tiles were cracked and the corners in the shower were not clean.
I booked a executive room but we could not get a single bed room ....
On the positive side, it was reasonably priced and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Hotel staff must maintain consistent eye contact when handling customer inquiries. Failure to do so reflects poor customer service standards.
