A Nice Resort at Station 1 Boracay

I recently stayed at White House Boracay, perfectly situated right on the beachfront at Station 1. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay, and the prime location made a huge difference.
The Pros:
• Excellent Room (Room 104): My room was impressively spacious and kept very clean throughout my stay.
• Comfort & Amenities: The bedding and pillows were fresh and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—a must for Boracay! I also appreciated the daily water refills and the fully stocked toiletries.
• Bathroom Facilities: The toilet was clean and equipped with a bidet, and the hot/cold shower had great pressure.
• Beach Ready: They provide clean bath towels as well as dedicated beach towels, which is very convenient.
• Vibe & Service: I loved the music they played around the resort; it created a great atmosphere. A huge thank you to the team for allowing me an early check-in, which was much appreciated after my travels!
The Cons:
• Room Maintenance: Both the main door and the bathroom door were quite difficult to operate. I had to exert effort to lock and unlock them, which could use some maintenance.
• Breakfast Buffet: The menu options were quite limited. There was no fresh milk or a dedicated bread station. It felt a bit sparse, and I hope they look into expanding the variety soon.
• Housekeeping Oversight: While the room was generally clean, it seems the refrigerator was overlooked, as I found a used water bottle and an old ice bucket inside from a previous guest.
• Room Safe: The safe was a bit counter-intuitive to operate. Adding a small printed instruction card nearby would be very helpful for future guests.
Final Thoughts:
White House Boracay is a lovely spot with a staff that clearly cares about hospitality. If they can refine the buffet selection and double-check the small maintenance/cleaning details, it would be an unbeatable choice in Station 1. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

worst scam i ever had in 23 country

room was not like the online picture, the room was full of flies, (dead and alive); There was a strong, unpleasant smell in the room (not just dampness), the room clearly hadn't been cleaned, the toilet seat was even broken and the walls and dishes were dirty. We asked at reception to be moved to a different room, but were told it wasn't possible without paying extra (we had already paid 7,000 PHP a night for this "room"). We had no choice but to sleep there one night, and the next day there were even more flies everywhere in the room so we left the hotel and were never reimbursed by either them or Agoda.

Station 1 find

I have never stayed in station 1 before but I scanned through some properties and picked the White House because of location, price and reviews.
This place is small compared to the big chain resorts. It is cozy and somewhat secluded. The rooms are nice and quite big. The exterior is very rustic like an older house. We had a queen bed and a single bed which was perfect. They don’t use key cards but actual keys which was a pleasant surprise. Reminds me of the good old days. The bathrooms are decent size and very comfortable. We had a balcony (2nd floor) but I think all rooms have a balcony/sitting area which was a very good addition.
The proximity to the beach was very close and it was awesome. Literally steps from the property and the views are priceless. I can enjoy the lounge chairs by the beach and do nothing but stare in to the ocean, very relaxing. It’s is easy access to other properties next door. They have a pool and bar near the beach and you can relax order food and have a couple of drinks. They have great happy hour selections.
Food - I never really got a chance to eat at the restaurant. Hopeful next time.
Staff is very attentive and super nice. Everyone was very courteous and accommodating. I feel very safe at this property.
The White House may be my new go to place in Boracay, especially in station 1. If you want peace and quiet then consider this place. Just a warning - this place is far from station 2 if you want to party, it’s a great way to burn calories but it tired me out after a couple of times but not to worry just take an ETrike by the main road. My 12 year old son loved this place so it’s perfect for kids. I just love the location of this place. Price point is very good. I really think that everyone will enjoy this place.

Big rooms, beachfront property. We had our daily breakfast served at the beachfront. It was such a treat! Loved everything we ordered from Los Indios. Enjoyed the music and happy hour. Staff were all friendly and attentive.
