New Rooms, Not Far from City Center

The hotel is located on the 1st floor of a recently built apartment building. The whole area seems to undergo some sort of gentrification, with small old houses torn down and new, multistory ones being built - hence the view from the windows, - but seemed rather quiet and safe to park your car wherever nearby even if the hotel's lot is full. It's about 10-15 minutes walk to Starozolzhsky bridge from there, too.
Our room was spotless clean and seemed brand new, the bed comfortable. There was no in-room fridge, but there's a kitchen area across the reception which all guests can use, and it includes the fridge as well as the cooking surface and some kitchenware. The breakfast is prepared there and includes a variety of hot options to select from upon check-in (fried eggs, omelet, oatmeal, pancakes, or syrniki is what I recall); one can also have some tea or coffee from the stand in the area anytime. The staff is extremely helpful. If you need a tourist map of the city, just pick one up from the reception stand.

simple but good

Very small (seven rooms) and basic but clean and comfortable. All rooms are brand new with LCD TV, DVD and spacious bathrooms. I think it is the best option for accommodation in Tver where you can find only old soviet style hotels.

Небольшой мини-отель в новом доме. Хорошее сочетание цены и качества. В шаговой доступности до исторического центра города. Чисто. В номере есть все необходимое. Есть зона для еды: столики, посуда, вилки, ложки, чайник и пр. Но еда своя. Нам пришлось купить еду в магазине, т.к. кафешек в ближайшем окружении толком нет. Правда, телевизор работает от приставки и мы не смогли с этим разобраться. Но поскольку он был не очень-то и нужен, то за помощью обращаться не стали. В общем остались довольны.

Идеальная бюджетная ночевка в отличных условиях

Отель на первом этаже новостройки. Входная группа сначала напоминает ночной клуб, но после все ок. Очень приветливый администратор, чистые номера, тишина за окном и на этаже! Сантехника в отличном состоянии. Полное соответствие фото из Яндекс путешествий.
Приятный завтрак включен (яйца двух видов, каша, блинчики на выбор и зерновой кофе или чай. Можно принести с собой свою еду и погреть в микроволновке.
В номере есть кондиционер и быстрый интернет, хороший матрас на кровати, холодильник тихий, мебель в отличном состоянии, как и сантехника. Шумоизоляция! Только из-за двери чуть слышны шаги, если идут мимо
В лобби есть кулер с водой, утюг с гладильной доской, ресепшен работает 24/7
До центра 8 минут пешком, в том же доме КБ.
Из минусов: нет освежителя в уборной уставшие полотенца для душа, ковролин в номере в неотмыкаемых пятнах, мне подушки показались дубовыми. Белье белое и идеально чистое)
На пару ночей очень даже отлично ! Я бы вернулась ещё в Тверь и именно сюда

Ни то ни сё ни кукареку

Это тот случай, когда лучше не пыжится, не пытаться называть себя отелем. Хостел, он и есть хостел, только комнаты одноместные. И завтрак лучше не заявлять вообще, чем такой подавать. Состояние санузла на фото. Молодая хамовитая прынцесса на ресепшене не имеет никакого представления о значении слов "гостеприимство" и "добродушие". Полторы звезды)))
