Awful
Stay away!! Booked a weekend stay and it wasn’t a pleasant stay. Booked it on booking.com and it was pay at the property. When we arrived we had 0 instructions on how to check in. We managed to speak to someone who was also staying there and they said it was extremely hard to get hold of the owners to check in. After several phone calls with no answer and text messages to the owners they finally rang back. They told us a room number and the key was under the mat. They told us the payment had gone through and we could enter our apartment. On entering our apartment we were greeted with a hole in the bathroom door and a washing machine in the bathroom with lovely mould all over the shower and the seal coming off. The shower head holder was held on with one screw so the head was wonky and would point in every direction but the one you wanted. The shower would also start to run cold when it was on fully hot. The windows also didn’t lock and neither did the shutters so any valuables we had to leave with family that stayed in a different hotel. We also had holes in the walls were old electrical socket were. No WiFi password was left. The second day of our stay the owner rang to say they were coming to the property in 30 minutes to take payment and it was cash only ( no good for us we were paying on our credit card) so after having to cancel our plans to go back to pay we could pay with card after all. We asked for another toilet roll from her too and she tutted at us and rolled her eyes like my 9 year old daughter does when been asked to do simple tasks. Save your money and find something better!!

Very bad
Bad Welcoming .. nn accept credit card although on the booking confirmation they say said payment method .. They say that our card does not go... Nonsense used throughout the holiday... They reiterate that booking is not their boss!!!!! they wanted cash even the deposit without issuing receipt .. to our disappointment on the payment method different from what in the contract I return the money of the stay and invite me to leave the apartment immediately .. absurd modus operandi ..

Abuse shocking!
Dirty, rude, and bad experience! Not let in after waiting from them card issues but card fine my side!! Before this I was shown my booking by some guest dirty and owner wanted more money after abusive threats to get out. I could go on and on but as seen I will get abuse back!

Doesn't want to let us in!
We booked a room through booking.com for 2 nights. We wanted to check in 15.00 but it was refused. I got a message 17.10 that something was wrong with my card, I knew that it wasn't since booking.com charged for another booking without any problem the same day. I rushed to the apartment and came 18.10. Nobody was there and both phones didn't answer. I had been waiting for 30 min and two other ladies showed up. They had identical story: booking of Vila Lavanda through booking.com, trouble with charging cards ( even they changed 2 times in their booking.com profile) and nobody wanted to let them in! The owner called back after a while but didn't want to come and charge the card or take the cash even it was still time before ending check in time.
It was suggestion from the owner to pay via link in Whats'up but the link was never sent.
This is a very strange story when 4 persons with 2 reservations had identical problems and were blamed as scammers and didn't have place to stay even they willing to pay in person during check-in time.

A hostel 1*
Dear travelers! Before booking this property, I strongly recommend you to read everything, especially the fair-negative reviews and ANSWERS of the owner. You will encounter the ignorance, rudeness and impoliteness of the host.
Full impression that you are doing a favor for your money and providing a great service by receiving in this “palace”.
You must arrive at a time convenient for the hosts, otherwise you will pay for a late (early) check-in. You arrive in
old structure with corresponding smell. Air conditioning, fan, heating are missing. They meet you very unfriendly. Relatively clean, but not comfortable from the first minutes. Close to the beach, restaurants, brothel. You will fall asleep with loud music. If you don't like something, the host (in the answers) will send you to a 10 * hotel.
In general, staying is possible. Better than in a tent on the beach!
