Good for short stay
Clean and tidy room but very small. Check in ok but English was not spoken by lady who greeted us. Even so it was straightforward. There is a kitchen area available with a fridge and microwave and a coffee vending machine. Would recommend for a short stay.

Great stay at Hostal Lleida
We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights at Hostal Lleida. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Special mention to Niru, who was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Location is excellent, being convenient to Metro stations and to restaurants and cafes. There is a very good neighbourhood market 2 blocks away. We enjoyed the more laid-back local feel of the area compared to the busier areas a bit closer to the main tourist areas, and were able to comfortably walk or take transit to access all that we wanted to see.
Good value here, we highly recommend the Hostal Lleida!

I stayed for one night and it was a good option! Located near center ! The staff was very kind and the room was small but very clean. They gave me as a welcome gift a bottle of water and chips. I had a private bathroom but out of my room. It was nice for a night!

Great location in the Eixample
The Hostal Lleida can't be faulted for location, price and cleanliness. Located in front of the Hospital Clinico it is very well placed for public transport and walking around the centre of the city; Rambla de Catalunya, Paseo de Garcia, the Eixample. The hostel is on the first floor of an ordinary residential building so a bit of a warren of passageways. Decor is fresh and everything is spotlessly clean. Most rooms, I guess, are interior so probably quieter. Mine (15, a single, separate loo) is on the street side so pretty noisy (especially the opening of the entrance gate downstairs!). In winter, the windows can be kept shut but in summer probably more of a bother if you open them (although there is aircon).
This and the loo being inconveniently far away are the only reasons for a lower rating.

Good amenities, nice location and very polite staff.
Very nice hostel! The staff was very kind, helpful and cheerful. There was very clean. It is a hostel but they have nice amenities: luggage storage, separate room for all guest with coffee machine (just 0,5 euro for 1 coffee drink), microwave, fridge, where you can place your own food or drinks. You have your own keys to your room and outside entrance door, no need to use intercom or ask reception to come in. In the room you have nice decoration, aircon and ceiling fan, TV, wardrobe with hangers and shelves, exterior window blinds, windows have a good soundproofing. The bed is comfortable with a small sideboard next to it. There is also folding table and chair. You have free water at check-in, glass in the room or you can take more from the place with fridge. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer and additional adjustable mirror - very helpful to wear contact lenses etc.
Location was good, just 3 minutes to metro station and some small and one large supermarket in the neighbourhood.
The only minor thing was the shower cabin - it could be a little bit larger.
But overall really nice stay. I will definitely come back.
