Great family stay!! Long live Spanish hospitality

Great family stay, week of August 17, 2025. Certainly the furniture is a little outdated, but in the apartment everything is there: air conditioning, dishes, bed linen,.... Remember to bring your coffee maker. The place is clean (you will meet the housekeepers at all hours), the towels are changed every 3 days and the garbage can emptied daily. Welcoming is open 24 hours a day and attentive (wifi code, request for dishes,...). We were even able to settle down from 1:00 pm instead of 5:00 pm indicated. Great location: beach 2min and very lively place (restaurants, night market, covered arcades with shops). Really nothing wrong!

To flee

Outdated accommodation and unhygienic bathroom.
Foam mattress in the living room, loose sockets, dirty joints, broken clothes dryer, no coffee maker or toaster,..
Too bad because the setting near the beach is beautiful.
To avoid not to be disappointed!

Horrible, to flee absolutely

What a disappointment, arrived at 8.30pm after a day of travel and find yourself in an apartment worthy of a slum (mould on the walls, broken furniture and another century). I went back to Welcoming to demand another apartment that same night and got another hovel. The next day I went back to the Welcoming demanding an apartment a little less slum, I had one of my own, but you can clearly see that the paint was done on the existing mold and that blisters appear on a wall of one of the rooms, real estate remains to be desired, the wardrobes are broken and the chairs half too. Results 3 moves in 4 days. I warned Pierre et Vacances of their partner's shortcomings and unhealthiness, after information with the manager, she never mentioned our complaints and made us look like bad faith clients when we were just asking for a clean apartment without broken and dirty furniture. Do not go to this residence, because it is the lottery, you have a chance to come across either a slum or a flat redone in a hurry. You're paying a lot of money to have a minimum Service. I will never go back to a Pierre et Vacances partner because they are dishonest people who, to cover their interests, make customers look like moans and bad faith.

Adhering to what to choose so I will not advertise you

2 apartments rented for 6400 euros for 15 days.
Part of the furniture in bad condition mattresses opened in 2 of the beds broken sofa covers torn broken bed base slats sockets torn from the wall very dangerous with 4 children, lack of dishes inadmissible for this price
