Location...superb. Staff...incredibly helpful and pleasant. The afternoon free coffee and snacks...a plus. And the a/c made coming back after a long day in the sun truly a delightful respite from the blazing sun of Andalucia.
Wod totally come back.

The lady at the reception., Pilar was super friendly and helpful. The location is amazing; everything at walking distance, the grand cathedral was a 10-15 min walk. The property was clean, air conditioning worked well even on super hot days.
We had a minor problem with the shower drain, they tried to fix it but it didn’t really help. And they didn’t change the room.
There was complimentary coffee after 3:00 PM which was nice. Overall, a pleasant two night stay!

Situated perfectly to the city centre.
The room was great! Spacious & very clean. Bed was incredibly comfortable & the pillows like clouds.
Bathroom was small, but I only used it for its intended purpose.
Whole place was immaculate.
Check-in was easy, the young lady I had was brilliant with recommending places to eat & what to see around the area
The young bloke the next day however, I would've had a better conversation with a house plant!!!
Overall, as a solo female traveller, I would highly recommend for location, room & amenities.

Gladly surprised with this hotel, everything is brand new, air conditioning extra helpful. Today we were at 100 outside! Staff super friendly, very complete breakfast I love bacon & eggs. Downtown location, I recommend!

OMG yes! Forget Alhambra, this was my favorite part of my stay in Granada! The hotel is super cute and comfortable and the staff was great. I took advantage of all their great advice and talked to them probably every day. The room was tidy and organized and made me feel right at home. As a bonus treat, the hotel even offered coffee and desserts in the evening which were the perfect pick-me-up after our afternoon nap.
