This is my go to hotel in Madrid. Excellent place, shuttle to airport is large so it’s not hard to get a spot. Very convenient since it has several places to eat right inside the hotel. Beautiful rooms.

Dated and feels more 3 stars at best
As per most guests I am sure, this was an airport hotel prior to an early flight.
The check in was one of the worst I have encountered, the male member of staff was very rude, barely acknowledged us, didnt stand up while booking us in so his face was hidden behind the computer screen, no welcome, no information on amenities.
Not the best first impression
We were keen to use the pool and gym on arrival, despite scanning their QR code for service information, none is given on where the pool or gym are located, no signage in the lifts, so I used the WhatsApp messaging on their website to ask, by the time we got an answer we had already walked around the hotel and found them, yhe pool has no signage to locate, and doesn't open until 11am so no chance of an early swim before departing, which was more appealing than sharing it with tons of families in the afternoon.
Bedroom, large and clean, good sized bathroom, stingy on only 1 pillow per person, and no bath robes etc provided should we go down to the pool.
Location wise it has a few restaurants in walking distance which were fine and the area was nice and quiet.
Breakfast was better than expected, although perhaps missing fresh fruit options.
Check out, we has a lovely friendly lady on check out, who was much better suited to customer service than the man on our check in!

Perfect
Excellent, courteous staff, spacious and comfortable rooms with a nice large bathroom. I was there for a concert at the stadium, and it was really close, very convenient. Additionally, there is a taxi stop next to it, as well as bars and restaurants in the building. In my experience, it was perfect!

Good hotel, close to airport. Room was comfortable, spacious. Convenient restaurants on property. Airport shuttle was only 5 Euro per person. Luggage scale in site. Great place to stay when you are getting ready to take an early flight back.
