A great getaway with fabulous views

I have been to the Blue Bay many times. It's in an amazing location with all double rooms having the most wonderful sea view. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the whole place is very clean. There's a nice bar area in the hotel and another one near the pool. The grounds are well-maintained. It's close to the beach and Cala Major and if you want a longer walk Palma is about 2 miles or so away. There are also plenty of buses. There was no evening entertainment when I was there but there may be in the summer months.

Great hotel and exceptional staff.

I stayed at the MLL Blue Bay during May, and I truly loved the experience.
From the moment I arrived, I felt very comfortable. The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere, spectacular views that make the stay even better, and a great pool to relax and enjoy the good weather. I enjoyed these days immensely and take away very good memories.
What I would like to highlight the most is the treatment of the employees. All the staff were very kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything. It is a pleasure to meet such people when you are on vacation.
Additionally, I want to give special thanks to Mariuxi and Santos, one of the receptionists. Their treatment was incredible from the very first moment: always kind, approachable, and with a smile. People like them make the experience much better and make you feel truly welcome.
Thanks to the entire team for making these days so special. Without a doubt, I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to spend a pleasant few days in Mallorca.

Blue bay blue stay

Bay Hotel. The hotel has spectacular views, the pool is excellent, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly organized.
A special thanks to Mariuxi for her incredible service. She was very kind, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. She made us feel very welcome and took care of every detail.
Without a doubt, I recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.

Unforgettable solo stay for a couple of nights

On arrival in the very wee hours I was offered a better room category with a sea view at no extra cost. Staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was superb. The location in general is very quiet which gives you a good night's sleep if that's what you prefer after a long day out in downtown Palma or at the beach. (For the latter, borrow a beach towel by leaving a deposit fee!) Nevertheless you'll find plenty of bars and pubs around to hang out at night. Restaurants and snack bars alore. In the reception hall, there is always fresh ice-cold water available when entering or leaving the hotel. For my leaving date, again in the middle of the night, I was offered a small merienda breakfast with fruit, crackers, juice and a sandwich. The night reception clerk even came to the bar to fix me a coffee!
