Hidalgo hotel dinner

We had dinner, and the waiter Dani was super pleasant, attentive, and polite, and the food was super tasty and quick; I recommend it 100%.

Family and visitor hotel, always busy, food good, staff excellent they all try out their English on us. Last night a coach of Japanese visitors plus a coach of Spanish pensioners all catered for, recently had an upgrade to the reception and cafeteria area, all areas spotless.

An experience not to be repeated

I spent one night with my family at Hotel Hidalgo, an experience that we will never repeat again. 4-star hotel? I think it's a 1 star hotel... As soon as I arrived, on June 19, when checking in, which lasted 15 minutes, we were served by a lady in the reception very arrogant, responding in a chat and laughing a lot ignoring us with sympathy. When we went up to the room, the TVs had no signal. The next day, I woke up and went to have breakfast at 7:30. When we were going to eat, a gentleman who works there told us to walk around the street to eat. Breakfast started at 7am and when we arrived on a Korean tour, they ate everything, or rather, left it on the plate. We were 2 adults and 2 children, we went to complain that there was no food, they said they were going back and did not respond. The only thing there was was very hard bread. This hotel was awful, after breakfast, at the check-out another lady from the reception, after we complained, suggested we eat at the bar upstairs or take food for the trip, but as we were already so tired, we went out and went to have breakfast at a bakery.
An experience not to be repeated!

Quiet place

Staff, especially the bar, very friendly.
Quiet place and away from noise.
The rooms are comfortable and the mattress comfortable.
