The best stay in the center of Valencia

Everything was phenomenal. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything, even sweets for breakfast or snacks... With an espresso machine and capsules to choose from. Moreover, it is right in the center of Valencia and you can visit many places on foot. Without a doubt, I would repeat!!!

Poor cleaning staff

My complaint is directed at the hotel's cleaning service. I am a neighbor of the neighborhood, and today, Thursday, May 21st, at approximately 12:45 PM, I was surprised to find that the cleaning staff was throwing all trash, including glass, plastic, and other items, into the organic waste container. When I reprimanded them for this action, since there are different containers nearby for separating waste, I told them that if they are too lazy to separate the trash, they could have thrown it in the residual waste container. They responded very rudely, telling me that it was "none of my business" and accusing the City Council of mixing all the waste from the containers, so they would continue mixing it and throwing the trash wherever they pleased. I believe that the hotel's cleaning staff leaves much to be desired; they lack basic training and education. We, the neighbors and citizens of Valencia, who do recycle, separate our waste, and pay our taxes, should not have to endure unqualified staff doing whatever they want with the waste from their hotel and disrespecting us when we call their attention.

Dream stay with friends at the Palacio de Rojas - Moontels

We stayed as a group of friends in an apartment for 8 people. First of all, the hotel entrance hall is charming due to its classic-modern decor. Our stay has been wonderful. We felt very comfortable at all times, the accommodation is beautiful, cozy, very welcoming, and above all very spacious (the dining room was huge). The location is unbeatable, practically in the center of Valencia near the Plaza de la Virgen and the Torres de Quart. The attention from the staff was exquisite, special mention to Héctor for his kindness and problem-solving ability! A fantastic experience! Everything has been great, and we would definitely repeat it happily.

A unique building, apartments very well and in the center

This beautiful building is located in the heart of Valencia and has different apartments from 2 to 8 people, which is where we have been.
They are well equipped and clean. Just a but and that is that they inform you when you leave that they make you lower the trash. It's not too important but it loses all the glamour of the place, such a thing. Otherwise very well

Palace to be renovated

The accommodation is located very centrally but contrary to the bathroom smelled of sewerage, everything looked clean but the rooms are old and run down, there is no good soundproofing. I had a hard time sleeping my room overlooked the street and the noise of the fridge didn't help either.
I wouldn't repeat.
