Room 125 needs work in the bathroom. The metal attached to the light and the metal attached to the shower curtain rod is rusty. The tub needs to be refurbished and also has rust. The room with the bed was nice, Looks like it was painted and the floors looks good.

This was not the best stay I’ve had at a Ramada. I asked for 2 additional towels because we had 4 people in a room, and they only left enough for 2 people. I was told that I was lucky because I got the last two towels because housekeeping had not come that day. They TV didn’t work. Neither ice makers worked. They were supposed to have breakfast until 9, and they put it up 30 minutes early. It could’ve been so much better!

Pulling in you can already tell it’s going to be dirty. Walking into the lobby you were met with a moldy old smell. Carpets leading to the room were very stained and old. Our bedroom floor was covered in hair, food crumbs, dead bugs. Phone didn’t work. Bathroom door didn’t close. Greasy handprints on the headboard. Dirty ice bucket like food at been in it. Fridge and microwave were rusty. Must have been painted recently in the room because there was dry paint dripped on the floor, covering most of the baseboards. Even the drizzle box. You didn’t want to walk without shoes or lay anything down on the counters. The iron broad was also covered in stains and paint dripped. Would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. I wish we could have changed hotels.

Room I was in was in desperate need of a updo.
Rust all over in the tub. Food in the drain of the tub. Yuck! Walls looked like they were about to crumble away. Unfixed holes in the walls (especially in the corners of room.) smelled extremely musty and moldy. Lots of gross stains on office chair and sofa.
The staff I talked to was very nice and helpful. But I would not go back.

To Whom This May Concern, My name is Alisha McCarthy, and I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at the Ramada in New Orleans from February 13th through February 16th. I traveled thousands of miles away from home expecting a safe, comfortable, and professionally managed hotel experience. Unfortunately, what I encountered was the complete opposite. The conditions of my stay, along with the safety concerns and maintenance issues we experienced, were unacceptable and significantly disrupted what should have been an enjoyable trip.I made my reservation on January 13, 2026 — a full month in advance — specifically because I understood that Mardi Gras weekend is one of the busiest times of the year in New Orleans.I planned ahead to avoid complications and to ensure that I would have the exact room type I selected. Upon arriving on February 13th, after being awake since 6:00 a.m. due to work and travel, I was informed that the room I originally booked was no longer available because it had been sold. I was shocked and extremely disappointed. I had a confirmed reservation and yet was told at check-in that my room was unavailable.There was no prior communication advising me of any changes to my reservation. I did not receive a phone call, email, or any notification explaining that my room would not be honored. After traveling such a long distance, this was not the welcome I expected.
