Jersey Airport Departures Information

Jersey Airport is a small airport with one terminal located in Saint Peter serving the Channel Island of Jersey. In the departures lounge there is a small selection of shops including World Duty Free, Health Span, Hapi and Jersey Pearls. For a bite to eat or drinks before your flight there is The Island Coffee Shop, The Island Market, and The Bar, Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the airport.

When to check in at Jersey Airport?

The check-in desks at Jersey Airport open 3 to 2.5 hours before the scheduled flight departure time. You can stay here for a maximum of 10 minutes which is ideal for those dropping off, or picking up passengers who have already arrived at the airport. You must remain with your car at all times, this can get busy during peak periods so allow extra time for any potential queues.

Travelling to Jersey Airport from Saint Helier will take approximately 12 minutes, travelling via the A1 and the A2.

Buses are the only public transport available in Jersey and with often limited services outside of the summer months its important to plan in advance.
Liberty Buses operate bus services on the island, the only route which serves the airport is Route 15. This runs from the airport to Liberation Station in Saint Helier with multiple stops en-route, departures are every 15 minutes with a total journey time of 35 minutes. A single fixed fare is in operation this is £2.
