Absolutely disappointing – never again!

Absolutely disappointing – never again!
We arrived at the hotel around 11:20 p.m. because we were stuck in traffic. Despite a valid booking and sufficient cash in euros, we were denied check-in because the hotel accepted only Złoty – without offering us any alternative. In an EU country, it should be natural to at least accept euros or find a solution. Instead, we were sent away chillingly with the statement that we only had until midnight to change money somewhere – which was simply impossible at this time.
We stood desperately on the verge of sleeping in the car until we found another hotel that accepted our euro payment. Nevertheless, this hotel now demands the full amount from us, although we could not stay at all because they did not want to accept our money.
Service: Disaster. Customer friendliness: Not available.
Never again this hotel – absolutely not recommended!
