It's worth it.

I liked the location.
It was weird because they were separate rooms on separate floors but they were good rooms.
The fruit of the breakfast was scarce and fractured.
Besides it is very good

Awkward moment

I went with my father one night, intending to enjoy two days in Madrid, and upon arrival, we were subjected to a horrible moment. They wanted to give us a room with one bed instead of two (which is what we reserved, a room with two beds) and made us feel that we had made the reservation incorrectly and that it was not their mistake.
We ended up sleeping on two sofa beds. After experiencing a super awkward moment. I will not return and I do not recommend it. One of the sofa beds was broken as well.

Stay in Madrid

The stay in this hotel was pleasant. Central location and close to the subway and transportation. The room was comfortable and well air-conditioned. We booked a superior double room. The breakfast was abundant and varied, both sweet and savory; for me, being celiac, it was a bit limited in variety and quantity. The cleanliness was acceptable. In seven days, they forgot the towels once, and the soap was not sufficient. All in all, I recommend it for its location and the kindness of the staff.

In the heart of the city

Location, location, location!!! You will be staying in the heart of Madrid and on the most exclusive street in the city. The building is older, but if you want to be close to the action, high end shops and the palace and gardens, then this is a great location.

Good hotel

Very well-located hotel, clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
Very noisy street, not easy to sleep.
