The room was clean, had a fan and a window that opened to cool the room at night. The bathroom was a good size, clean and with good shower water pressure. Very helpful staff always available at reception. One minor thing was the very loud creaking floor boards outside the room which woke me up early and lost them one star. This can easily be fixed by them.

The room was too small with no table. The wardrobe was half-closed with a table blocking. There was no space to keep the Kettle and hence it was kept at the top of the wardrobe. Ventilation was bad. The showergel sachet was terrible to open, which required a scissor to open that. The people in dinner room was helpful.

Great location. Small room but perfectly adequate. Helpful staff, clean rooms and a very handy luggage store facility.

Location ok, the place itself is so bad, never ever have we been in anything like it, after 3 room changes we settled with the best but is far from the best, the place is smelly, dirty, falling to bits, it should never be trading, please don't go there, worst experience in our lives.

The hotel leaves a lot to be desired. But I guess you get what you pay for. The WiFi was basically useless, the bed was quite uncomfortable, the amenities in the bathroom were not easy to use, and they were not adequate outlets in the room.
