Terminal Information - Departing
Ryanair depart from Terminal 1 in Dublin Airport. This terminal is on the ground floor, and it’s easy to reach from Terminal 2 at Dublin Airport too.
Once you’re through security, there’s an array of restaurants and bars to dine in prior to flying. There’s also Duty Free, newsagents and a few other shops for passing the time. If you’d like to relax in a lounge, it will cost 20 Euros for 3 hours.

Terminal Information - Arriving
Reus does not have a large airport, which means the exit process here is usually pretty fast. You’ll have to make your way through Baggage Reclaim and Passport Control before entering Spain. Once you move into the exit hall, you’ll be able to see booths for transfer tickets. If you need to grab a taxi, you can organize this in one of the booths, or step outside to take one of the official Reus taxis – the airport cabs are white with a blue stripe on the door.
It takes 10 minutes to reach Reus from the airport in a taxi, and it typically costs €20. You can also reach Tarragona from the airport in a taxi for around €30, which takes slightly longer.
The number 50 bus goes from Reus airport to the city centre, and it costs €1.25. However, the airport shuttles are slightly more reliable. You can book these either at the airport, or in advance. The cost varies depending on where you’re heading.
As Reus is in Europe, it’s recommended that you arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to your flight to allow time for check in and security. You won’t need to exchange currencies before arriving, as they also use the Euro in Spain.

What to expect in Reus
Reus is slightly off the beaten coastal track in Spain, but it’s still only 40 minutes from the beach. Despite what many people believe, this is actually the birthplace of Gaudi – make sure to check out the museum when you’re here! This used to be one of the largest trading centres in Catalonia, so there are plenty of small bars and restaurants too. And you will find a nice selection of hotels as well.
