This little town is a zen angel's paradise. Quirky art. Peaceful people. Beautiful homes. Little boats in the water. Coffee shops filled with all sorts of decadent things. Everything about this place screams artistic living, and I imagine we could all use a lesson in such things.
Knysna usually features in most people's top places to see along the Garden Route and it doesn't take long once you have arrived to see why. As you drive into the town alongside the lagoon, the first thing you may notice is the impressive Knysna Heads, before embarking on its charming town centre. Most the action happens down at the waterfront, where restaurants, bars, boutique shops and market stalls all combine to create a lively atmosphere. The worst part about Knysna, is when it comes to leaving!
A nice town to drop by for blue sky, beautiful beach, blue water and lots of oysters! I just love the feeling of being close to the beach.
Knysna is a lovely town to visit on the Garden Route. It is situated on the edge of a beautiful lagoon surrounded by beautiful hills. Knysna has many nice restaurants and is about an hour drive from George.
