Passengers booked as a group, requiring medical assistance, or with an extra seat request must check in at the airport. Online check in also isn't available for departures from Xiamen, Bahrain, Colombo, Langkawi, Hanoi, and Ho Chi Minh City. If you're checking in at the airport, it's recommended that you arrive no later than two hours before departure.
